To our wonderful clients and communities:  

In light of the constantly evolving recommendations put out by the government, the Canadian Veterinary Medical Association and our industry we are going to be implementing some further new measures starting Monday, March 23rd.  

We will be remaining open at both our Kent and Coquihalla locations, however we will no longer be allowing clients into the building (with a few exceptions). We kindly ask that you please call from your vehicle when you arrive and a staff or veterinarian will discuss how to proceed at that time. At this time we are maintaining our regular business hours. 

We also ask that you please call ahead with any food or prescription orders so that we can get it ready as timely as possible.  Please allow for 24-48hrs for orders to be processed. When picking up your order, please call from your vehicle when you arrive and a staff member will deliver it to you.

We are also trying to limit as much contact as possible, so we are requesting payments be made via credit card over the phone if possible, however we will still accept debit and cash with further precautions put in place.

We appreciate all your patience as we are trying to be prudent in our ability to limit or prevent spread of this disease, as we believe it is our community and social responsibility to do so, while keeping our clients and staff as safe as possible.
